1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prime & Coat website and the purchase of any products or services (Spray Painting, Wrapping, Plastering) from us. Prime & Coat is a registered business in Ireland. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Agreements
- Quotations: All quotes provided online are estimates based on client-provided imagery or calculator tools. We reserve the right to adjust the final price upon physical inspection if undisclosed damage or structural issues are found.
- Access & Preparation: The client must provide clear access to the work area. While we use dustless technology, the client acknowledges that minor dust settlement is a natural byproduct of sanding. Rooms must be cleared of furniture unless otherwise agreed.
- Liability: Prime & Coat is not liable for pre-existing structural defects, dampness, or rot that may affect the finish. We are fully insured for accidental damage caused directly by our team.
3. E-Commerce (Art & Wallpapers)
- Product Descriptions: We aim for accuracy, but slight color variations in paint or printed art may occur due to screen calibration differences.
- Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Warranty (Services Only)
Our standard Warranty covers peeling, flaking, and fading of the applied coating on kitchen cabinets and joinery. It does not cover:
- Accidental damage (chips, scratches, impact).
- Damage caused by water leaks, steam, or excessive heat.
- Natural movement of wood (expansion/contraction at joints).
